Classic architecture
In this expansion and renovation project of a house in Ville Mont-Royal, Reno M3 has achieved a remarkable transformation. The house was expanded at the back to bring in more natural light, created a mud-room space, renovated the kitchen, added a new bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The front facade was also transformed with natural stone cladding.
Client’s needs : They wanted to expand the kitchen, master bedroom, an upstairs bathroom, the garage, and the room above it, while giving their house a new exterior appearance.
Special features : Despite the scale of the work, we preserved the architectural charm typical of houses in Ville Mont-Royal.
Dimensions : Over 2,000 square feet.
Materials : Use of natural stone cladding for the exterior, high-quality Miralis kitchen and bathroom fixtures with granite countertops, Italian porcelain floor tiles, Fujitsu heat pump system.
Duration of the project : 6 months.
