The transformation of this split-level house focused on the client’s needs, with the addition of an extra floor and a rear extension. This new floor includes a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, as well as a green roof that complies with municipal regulations without altering the existing exterior cladding.
On the main level, a new entrance hall was built using the reclaimed space, and the kitchen was completely redesigned with two islands. The addition of unique fenestration has greatly transformed the interior and exterior design of this split-level house.
Key project details : Split-level house built in 1985 in Repentigny. The roof had to be removed for six days to construct the upper floor due to the construction style. Total area of 2,700 square feet. Materials used : wood, granite, LED lighting, radiant floor heating domotic system. Duration of the project : four months.
