This basement apartment has been completely transformed into a bright, modern, and functional space, perfectly aligned with our client’s vision. From the entrance, a fluted glass partition subtly separates the living areas while generously allowing natural light to flow through. The main space, which brings together the dining area, kitchen, and living room, has been redesigned to promote smooth circulation and visual cohesion. A custom-built banquette, seamlessly integrated into the dining area, extends the sense of harmony throughout the space, complementing a kitchen with a refined and elegant design. The Miralis cabinetry, in Akène blond european laminate and Arctic white laminate, is enhanced by a Crystal Black quartz countertop that adds contrast and character.
The living room, in perfect continuity with the kitchen, combines warm tones and varied textures to create an environment that is both inviting and sophisticated. Every element of this project was custom-designed to offer our client a balanced living space where comfort, functionality, and aesthetics coexist in perfect harmony.
