Modernized achitecture
This remarkable expansion and complete renovation project by our teams, located in the Angus factory district in Rosemont, has transformed this residence into a space that is both modern and industrial. The seamless integration of materials such as wood, lacquer, stone, metal, and brick has created a truly unique atmosphere. The choice of brick and metal pays homage to the neighborhood’s industrial heritage, which once housed the Angus factories.
This project is a successful fusion of contemporary aesthetics and nods to local history, creating a functional space that is full of character. Stay tuned to soon discover the kitchen and backyard design of this residence, which promise to be equally captivating!
