We were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the team on the site (no complaints from condo neighbors!), the adherence to timelines (despite several additions on our part and the Covid-19 situation!), and the quality of the design (ergonomics, theme, and colors) and materials (eurolaminate, semi-gloss, quartz, etc.).
